Concrete Coatings and Repair Services

• Durability and Longevity: Epoxy and polyaspartic coatings enhance concrete surfaces, making them resistant to wear and extending their lifespan.

• Chemical Resistance: These coatings resist various chemicals, making them ideal for garages, warehouses, and industrial environments with potential chemical spills.

• Aesthetic Appeal: With various colors and finishes available, epoxy and polyaspartic coatings can dramatically improve the appearance of concrete floors.

• Safety Features: They can be applied with additives to create a non-slip surface, enhancing safety in dry and wet conditions.

• Low Maintenance: Coated surfaces are easy to clean and maintain, requiring only regular sweeping and occasional mopping to keep them looking new.

• Moisture Resistance: These advanced coatings provide an effective moisture barrier, protecting the concrete from water damage, mold, and mildew formation.

• Quick Installation: Polyaspartic coatings, particularly, have a fast curing time, allowing for quick application and minimal downtime.

• UV Stability: Unlike other coatings, polyaspartic coatings are UV stable, so they won’t yellow or fade when sunlight exposes them.

• Eco-Friendly Options: Many epoxy and polyaspartic coatings are available in environmentally friendly formulations, reducing environmental impact.

• Increases Property Value: Professionally applied epoxy or polyaspartic coatings can increase a property’s value by improving the floors’ functionality and aesthetics.

Having the garage floor done on our new built home, prior to move in was the best decision ever. Beautiful surface, simple to vacuum or mop. Scratch resistant.
Communication was easy and always available. Crew arrived on date/time as promised. Crew was knowledgeable and friendly. Highly recommend this company for doing your flooring....

We recently had an epoxy broadcast flake garage floor coating applied and our exposed aggregate driveway and two patios pressure washed and sealed by Pacific Surface Pro.

Andrew and his team were excellent to work with. Andrew responded to my initial enquiry and provided an estimate for the work promptly. The timelines he provided were accurate. He answered all my questions and provided good advice where required. The cost matched the estimate exactly.

The foreman and laborer that did the work were punctual, personable and conscientious. Josh, the foreman, seemed highly capable and his attention to every detail was exceptional. He really seemed to care about doing an excellent job. They worked steadily and finished on schedule.

I would definitely use Pacific Surface Pro again.

We can't say enough good things about our recent experience with Andrew and Pacific Surface Pro. We have a concrete floor in the ground floor of our house that's sat unfinished for about 10 years. After having some trouble getting any answers about what could be done with it from other companies, I found these guys and Andrew was immediately a fountain of knowledge and expertise on the subject – he came over that day to check it out, then gave me some finishing options and suggestions, sent us a quote the very next day and we set up a date for them to come and finish our floor about 2 weeks later. When they came, he kept us updated on the process the whole time, including what to expect from the finished result – and even though we knew what to expect, we are blown away with the finish. Our concrete floors are awesome! And we are getting wows from everyone who comes over. Thanks again, Andrew. If we ever do anything like this in the future, you will be our first phone call!
